I always like to pull market data mid year and then again at the end of the year. Wanted to share with you all how things are looking in McDowell County for first half of 2015. All data is requiring SFR homes that have SOLD on McDowell MLS between 1/1/15 to 6/30/15
So as you can see here are the "biggies".. our average sales price for first half of 2015 was $126,599. Average days on market was 221 and on "Average" sellers got 94.4 percent of what they were listed for.
