I wanted to share a few photos with you I took during the 2017 festival!
I recently started making signs for clients and family/friends so I got really excited when I saw this booth! They make SUCH cute stuff :) If you are looking for any time of personalized sign.. these are your folks!
Here is the contact info below for the wood sign vendor! They do personalization!
If you haven't already heard... downtown Marion is getting its very first BREWERY. Big stuff folks! The owners of Mica Town are such nice people and I'm so excited for them to open. I bought a "Mug Membership" a few months back and while at the Mtn Glory Festival I decided to get some MicaTown gear. To check on their progress of the brewery be sure to follow their Facebook page. Every year they have this chalkboard sign and I love to go look at what everyone has written. As I mentioned earlier... I like to get to the festival early so my daughter was one of the first to write something down.. hers was "own a horse" :)
If you haven't been to Refinery 13 yet... then you need to! My good friend Sarah opened downtown Marion's very FIRST TAPROOM! This is a great addition to our downtown. Family friendly venue with lots of great stuff going on! While they were set up during the festival I was sure to pick up a Refinery 13 hat for my husband as he's been asking for one :) Be sure to follow them on Facebook. Link below
I wasn't able to get a card for this vendor but they had some of the neatest jewelry! I got a really pretty violet necklace and have worn it multiple times since buying last weekend.
ohhh.. and did I mention there was food???
A few years ago I started trying really hard to cut out as much processed sugars when cooking. I found myself using honey a lot so I always enjoy when I can buy it locally. Usually its sold in small containers but I was pleasantly surprised when I found it in a large container! This will come in handy during the fall and winter months when I tend to do more baking.
A sweet past client of mine had a really neat booth set up selling all things home made. Necklaces, head bands, soaps, signs, and so much more! I love crafty people!
My last stop was for soap. I always buy from the same people every year and have even ordered online from them before! Sweet people and even sweeter smelling soaps :)
It was a FUN day. Below is a photo of all my "treasures" Can't wait till next year!
