We can definitely attest to the fact that the market is coming back.. its only first of February and we have had many houses go under contract..lots of showings.. and many phones calls... definitely a refreshing occurrence :)
We are interested to see if NAR's Chief Economists prediction in a 7% rise this year will come to fruition! ... only 11 more months to go before we find out :)
